Posisi:
1. PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT OFFICER
2. COMMERCIAL STAFF-BILLING & COST CONTROL
3. COMMERCIAL STAFF-TENDERING & PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT
REQUIREMENTS (posisi 1):
- Bachelor's degree in Naval architecture or any related fields
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Min 3 years experience in shipyard or any related position
JOB DESCRIPTION (posisi 1):
- Manage ship repair or conversion project Prepare master schedule
- Liaise with owner reps
- Overall project coordination and direction
- Management of project and ensure compliance with ship repair project management system
QUALIFICATIONS (posisi 2):
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma Naval Architecture, Marine , Engineering or a related field
- Able to operate Ms Office & Excel
- Able to work under pressure & work as a team
- Good at speaking and writing (English)
- Min 2 years of experience in the shipyard industry is preferred
- Prior experience in a commercial, billing role within a shipyard is a distinct advantage.
- Strong technical understanding of ship repair processes, naval architecture & marine engineering principles
JOB DESCRIPTION (posisi 2):
- Act as the commercial lead from project kick-off, attending Kick-Off meetings to establish financial baselines.
- Manage and control project budgets, tracking costs related to materials, subcontractors, manhours, and other direct/indirect expenses
- Attend daily project meetings (VSCC) to monitor progress and forecast project financial
- outcomes.
- Prepare and submit periodic budget updates to clients.
- Finalize project accounts, prepare draft bills, and negotiate commercial settlements with clients
- Generate and issue final invoices to clients in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS (posisi 3):
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering or a related field

JOB DESCRIPTION (posisi 3):
- Analyze and interpret Request for Quotations (RFQS), technical specifications, drawings, and contract terms.
- Prepare comprehensive and competitive cost estimates and quotations for client inquiries.
- Ensure the timely and accurate submission of all tender packages.
- Participate in client negotiations, effectively presenting and defending proposed estimates.
- Conduct on-board vessel inspections to identify scope and capture all direct and indirect costs.
