Posisi:
1. IT OFFICER (Subject: IT Officer)
2. PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE (Subject: Procurement Executive)
Main Responsibilities (posisi 1):
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners
- Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.
- Monitor and maintain company systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage user accounts and permissions (e.g., Active Directory, email).
- Maintain backup systems and ensure data integrity and security.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place and up to date (e.g., firewalls, antivirus).
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for system upgrades or maintenance.
- Train end users on new technologies and software systems
- Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions.
Requirements (posisi 1):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3 Years Experiences
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP).
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory,
- Experience with backup systems and data recovery.
- Fluent in English (Both Oral & Written)
Main Responsibilities (posisi 2):
- Develop Strategy to find most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality, and cost-efficiency.
- Researches and compares suppliers, goods, and services.
- Manages the daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing, and following up on purchase orders delivery, and arrange shipment schedules.
- Build and maintain positive long-term supplier relationships & negotiating contract
- Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing terms.
- Evaluate supplier's performance based on the organization's criteria
Requirements (posisi 2):
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- 6 Years Experiences as Procurement
- Negotiation, Communication & networking Skills
- Fluent in English (Both Oral & Written)
