PROJECT MANAGER
Main Responsibilities:
- Defining project goals, scope, and deliverables, breaking down the project into manageable tasks, and creating a project schedule.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Allocating team members, equipment, and budget to different tasks according to their expertise and requirements.
- Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project.
- Keeping stakeholders informed about the project's progress, addressing any concerns, and preparing progress reports.
- Tracking project progress against the plan, identifying and resolving any deviations, and making adjustments as needed.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Marine / Oil & Gas, Engineering, or related field (PMP or other certification preferred)
- Min. 10 Years experience in EPCC Companies
- Proficiency with PC operating systems, proficiency in several basic software applications
- Proficiency with multiple discipline specific software applications such as Primavera (P6), MS Project and other Microsoft Office Applications.
- Knowledge of engineering and construction management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
