Indo Tambangraya Megah dikenal sebagai jasa kontraktor penambangan saat ini mengoperasikan enam tambang batu bara di Kalimantan melalui anak perusahaan seperti PT Indominco Mandiri, PT Trubaindo Coal Mining, PT Bharinto Ekatama, PT Kitadin, dan PT Jorong Barutama Greston.
Indo Tambangraya Megah didirikan pada tanggal 2 September 1987 dimulai sebagai Grup Salim melalui PT Kitadin. Pada tahun 2001 seluruh bisnis batu bara Grup Salim dialihkan ke BPPN dan melalui proses akuisisi yang terjadi pada Maret 2001.
Akuisisi ini dilakukan oleh Banpu melalui anak usahanya PT Centralink Wisesa International, kemudian mengalihkan kepemilikan saham kepada Banpu Minerals (Singapore) Pte. Ltd yang merupakan anak usaha dari Banpu Public Company Limited asal Thailand.

Job Overview (posisi 1):
Implement and maintain a company-wide risk management system that includes identifying and analyzing key risks, developing mitigation plans, and preparing periodic reports. Also, monitor risk controls, track new and existing risks, and support internal process improvements by implementing best practices.
Job Requirements (posisi 1):
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Engineering.
- Above 3 years to 5 years of relevant experience in risk management or related fields.
- Proven strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of business research, business process mapping. and process analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, especially in data analysis, data consolidation, and reporting.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
Job Overview (posisi 2):
Analyze coal market trends, manage procurement activities, and ensure smooth coal supply operations in accordance with contractual obligations. Furthermore, build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide strategic mining recommendations based on comprehensive evaluations.
Job Requirements (posisi 2):
- Bachelor's Degree in Mining, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Above 2 years to 5 years of experience in coal procurement, market analysis, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Job Overview (posisi 3):
Effectively manage and monitor the company's cash flow. Furthermore, ensure that incoming and outgoing funds are properly controlled, payments are processed on time, and all financial activities comply with company policies and procedures. Ensure funds are available for business needs and help improve treasury operations.
Job Requirements (posisi 3):
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- More than 7 years of experience in treasury, finance, or cash management.
- Strong understanding of cash flow management, financial procedures and updated financial system.
- Familiar with banking operations and facility utilization.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Job Overview (posisi 4):
Ensure contract documents meet company standards, create a contractor database, pre-qualify contractors, assist in bid screenings. support tender document preparation, assess and select contractors, monitor contractor performance, and provide feedback aligned with contractor management strategy.
Job Requirements (posisi 4):
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
- More than 3 years' experience in the Mine Engineer / Contractor Operation and preferable have experience working on Mining Contractor is a plus.
- Strong knowledge related about contract processing and contractor performance management.
- Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Have good personality and can work as team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
