- Desain dan manufaktur komponen mekanikal seperti trashrack, watergates, spillway gates, dan smarT frames.
- Desain dan manufaktur komponen elektrikal seperti switchgear LV dan MW, transformator, transmission lines, overhead crane, dan sistem serat optik.
- Kontrak EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) untuk peralatan mekanikal dan elektrikal PLTA (konsep water-to-wire).
- Instalasi, supervisi, dan commissioning peralatan PLTA.
- Kontrak pemeliharaan preventif dan dukungan teknis.
- Refurbishment atau peremajaan PLTA yang sudah beroperasi.
- Operation Control Assistance (OCA) dan layanan pengoperasian penuh PLTA

Posisi:
1. PROJECT MANAGER
2. ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities (posisi 1):
- Active participation in handover process from sales to project management (develop preliminary project organization and communication line, stakeholder communication and setting up coordination meeting, handover document preparation).
- Contract analysis (collect scope and schedule estimation, define commercial and perform risk assessment).
- Review budget calculation (analyst with other projects, preliminary communication with vendors).
- Communicate with stakeholders (internally and externally).
- Develop detailed schedule and distribute to stakeholders.
- Manage communication and stakeholders' engagement (internally and externally).
- Validate and control cost, scope, schedule, and quality. Assist in logistic, transport, and custom clearance communication.
- Documentation of project lesson learnt and know-how. Documentation of internal claims..
- Negotiation of external claims.
- Support Sales with tender preparation
Requirements (posisi 1):
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related fields Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields
- Digital Proficiency: Words - business / formal letter, Calculation detail analyst, Presentation - summary project, Project / Libre - scheduling
- Technical proficiency: Mechanical drawing knowledge, knowledge of production, machining, and manufacturing processes (advantage).
- Communication proficiency: Stakeholders' internal & external coordination, Quality check (FAT's).
- Have good communication with stakeholders' internal & external coordination & quality check (FAT's)
Key Responsibilities (posisi 2):
- Assist in coordinating overall project tasks with the customer and project manager
- Define, conceptualize, and engineering of electrical equipment
- Strong basic knowledge of electrical engineering
- Enquire select and purchase electrical equipment/balance of plant from local suppliers
- Review drawings from internal project teams and vendors before giving them to customers
- Make ITP, method statement, and procedures for electrical equipment
- Familiar with IEC, IEEE, SN,I and PLN standard
Requirements (posisi 2):
- Explaining and discussing design drawings with customer and the project team
- Defining interface, time plans, and responsibilities of mechanical and electrical supervision and installation team
- Discussing with customer project progress
- Coordinating with customer and PLN regarding their request for data needed for energizing power plant Able to read and Interpret SLD (EPLAN P8)
- Design of Electrical equipment in powerplant (MV Switchgear, Transformer, PLC/Control System, and SCADA Heroes)
